Adam Grant is an organizational psychologist, bestselling author and professor at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he is the Saul P. Steinberg Professor of Management and Professor of Psychology.

His research explores how people find motivation and meaning at work, how organizations build effective cultures, and how individuals and teams can become more generous, creative and productive. His work has examined topics including leadership, motivation, generosity, originality, teamwork, job design and organizational change.

Grant is the #1 New York Times bestselling author of Give and Take, Originals, Option B, Power Moves, and Think Again, with his books translated into dozens of languages. His upcoming sixth book, Vibe: The Secrets of Strong Connections in a Lonely World, is scheduled for publication in October 2026.

He is also the host of ReThinking with Adam Grant and has delivered widely viewed TED talks including The Surprising Habits of Original Thinkers and Are You a Giver or a Taker? His TED talks have accumulated more than 35 million views.
